What do you bring with you?

I will arrive for your consult with a bag of equipment, supplies and tools that I use for demonstration and teaching. I’ll have a coffee or water in hand, as well as my trusty laptop. You’ll notice that I sanitize my hands and wear clean gloves before touching you or your baby. My pump parts, equipment and tools are sterilized after every client.

How do I prepare myself?

Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to feed or pump in. Don’t worry about dressing up or cleaning your house! Please have any supplies available that you normally use (breast pump, bottle, expressed milk, formula, SNS, etc).

How do I prepare my baby?

In a perfect world your baby would be settled and ready to feed shortly after my arrival! That being said, baby’s don’t follow a clock and it can be challenging to time feeds with your appointment. Please do your best to have your baby a bit hungry, but not “hangry”! If your baby is hungry just before your consult, please feed a small amount to settle and comfort them.
